Sunday 17 August – Training kicks off with one session per week (Sundays 7:45am-10:00am)
Wednesday 3 September – Wednesday night sessions begin (Wednesdays 6:45pm-8:00pm)
Monday 29 September – Full training schedule resumes (Mondays 6:45pm-8:00pm))
