CNY party celebrations, January 2003.<br> <br> Mmm, well after just bananas and powerade the Sloths & some PD's made it down to another one of our Sponsors, Pier 26. The new leisure wear gets its first (and last for some!) night out. As most people managed to face the camera this means that most of us at this stage could still hear properly. A sacred event that marks the transition of the New Recruit to being a badged member of The Sloths Race Crew. Each recruit is handed their Cap & assorted race & leisure tops by the coach in recognition of their hard work and dedication to the Purple & White. <br> <br> 19th January 2003 The first drink of the team, Stu once again looking McCoy from Star Trek. This is one of the opens 250m race heats, in the last 50m. We came second place, which will help spur us on to glory in the 500m state titles in March 2003.
